While the staff were very friendly and efficient the stores appearance let them down terribly.
I will be very hesitant to go back, even through the drive thru.
On first entering the store the glass doors where greasy and unclean. Then, while i waited to make my order while staff chatted to each other, we went to the female toilets, which where filthy! The toilets themselves where so unclean and the walls, tiles, floors and basins of the rooms where dusty, greasy and very unclean.
My daughter spilt her water on her booth chair and i used some napkins to wipe it up so she could sit back down and the napkins were Black after wiping down the chair.
The floor in the restaurant was dirty too. However, the tables were clean.
The staff were very friendly though and quick with my order however that is the only thing going for this store.
Hungary Jacks is my favorite fast food out of all the big ones. Don't know why it just is. Although the food this outlet sells is satisfactory the service is shocking (service(good or bad) is a big thing for me). I have a feeling they must use it as a training store because their staff certainly are in need of training. Things like getting an order not once, not twice but three times for the one order. Another time they took my order and completely ignored my friends, and of course the waiting time simply to be served can be horrendus. I waited close to 15 minutes once, while at the front of the line!! Even if they are using the store for training this type of service is still unacceptable, Even people new to hospitality know the difference between good and bad service

After several visits, I just wont go to this hungery jacks anymore, the really bad service, rude and quite disinterested staff combined with often cold food which is often the wrong order anyway, was enough for me, It may only be a fast food outlet but there is no care factor at this store, its just not good enough!!
The worst in the area in my opinion, tables are never cleared or cleaned

I came here to get a burger on the way to my friends house and when i got the burger it had a hair in it. The table wasn't clean when i sat down and the staff looked half asleep. Terriable

burgers are freshly made and are delicious if you want a quick meal, its luck of the draw on the time that you visit with the service given, some staff are really lovely and make your burger as you want eg no sauce etc, some staff members need to learn manners with customers
The burgers are better, The service not. Need more staff on to clean the store
Why do some stores charge for sauce and others not.
The food was really good. Recomend a Ultimate Whopper
