These guys really need to pick it up. Every time I go to any hungry jacks it gets worse. Really need to keep someone on the drive through permanently we were sat waiting for someone to talk to us for 10 minutes then while trying to order the person handed us over to someone else who somehow managed to 'erase our order' and couldn't understand us at all. Another 20 minutes later we received an order yes an order cause it wasn't ours! we went back inside to fix it and were given 3 cokes which weren't ours. I am annoyed at the time we had to wait and also how they blatantly don't care or are a tiny bit apologetic. What next we end up paying for someone else's order?
Wow Jackos better pick your act up as the womo crew are commenting and it is not looking good which is disappointing as i find most stores of this nature(Hungry Jacks) quite good streaks ahead of the big yellow letter in the alphabet in quality of food so it would be a shame to let the service incompetence bring down the experience just a friendly comment as i am an avid user of the stores in W.A
The service was very slow for one burger and fries i waited ten minutes or more, the front counter girls didn't really know what was going on, with the manager shouting orders lots of times, i finally got my food and my chips were cold and my burger was good but not well presented...

must of been a bad month for them cause when i went there two weeks ago found the service similar like the service attendants have tunnel vision lol

my son had is 6th birthday party here. The host Haley did a fantastic job. She was friendly and very efficient. The price was very reasonable for a kids party especially as they did all the prep and cleaning. They also have neat little party bags too.
this place would have to be the worst one , we have gone their with our kids the place is dirty the toilets are dirty, we get our orders and 9 times out of 10 they are cold or wrong or slapped together, we dont go here any more , the staff has no care factor at all , dont waste your money
this place is good but ok sometime the food wasnt good as what the tv advertise show .. too shiney food but at the resturant that look that good but the price should be abit down...

The staff member that served us needed a medal in patience - between the four of us I think we took nearly ten minutes to place a final order. He managed to retain a genuine smile and even had a laugh with us - great service, cause I know I was getting annoyed and he helped me keep my cool. The food arrived very quickly and we got pretty good value for two adults and two kids

place was dirty with food on the floor and tables with rubish on them, food took ages to come and the order was wrong.drink was flat and too watery
Staff wasn't too polite to be honest and it took forever to get my food. The restaurant seems pretty clean i really didn't expect anything more from the area i was in
I go to Hungry Jacks near Carousel expecting a cheap, unhealthy meal. That is generally what I get. The service is as expected, and it generally doesn't take long for the food to be made. I prefer Hungry Jacks over other fast food because they serve a vegetarian option - this improves my dining experience by ensuring lack of dead animal in my food!
