They are woeful. Terrible customer service, shocking timeframes - 4 months to install a wardrobe, rude, arrogant and infuriating. If we had not paid our money, we would have cancelled the order. The installing staff was excellent in contrast. We would NEVER use them again, even if they were FREE.
