Brilliant watering system, from the day I placed my order it rained for the next five days, Seriously, I have been purchasing from you from the first year you advertised and I have never had to replace anything due to old age or malfunction that I have bought from you, due to moving some parts got lost and the garden areas changed so I come back for more. My spray gun was leaking and, after cleaning it by following the Youtube instructions, I rang your company to say that it still leaked. It was suggested that the rings had been flattened and a new plunger was sent to me. No more leaking! Great after sales service from your company.
Well designed, beautifully presented, reliable and value for money products that are a pleasure to use. Hoselink take pride in their products and that pride is entirely justified.
Had a plastic connector with swivel which snapped after just two years of light use. Hoselink came to the party and replaced it free of charge with a brass connector. It arrived very promptly and works perfectly. Great service

So far so good, been doing 5mins a day auto water for my Vegepod. I've avoided timers for years having had bad experiences every time (even with super expensive ones). I decided given Hoselink is so superior in every way that their hose fittings would cope with a timer instead of just blowing off the tap. All good. Very happy with it.

The people behind Hoselink are excellent. I have several of their products and have been using them for the past year. I stupidly broke a flow regulator on a tap that I had bought. I contacted the team at Hoselink and they sent me a replacement part free of charge! There were no questions asked, just friendly efficient service.

Have been using Hoselink Products for several years. My original purchase of a 30m retractable hose is perfect for the job and still recoils well with no leaks. My original pistol nozzles still work quite well. They have need an occasional service (ie. lubrication) but the gel provided by Hoselink has done the job. My wife prefers these nozzles but I prefer the 7 function spray gun I bought in the Water Wise Starter Kit. Have just received a new 25m retractable hose to replace a non Hoselink product that has started leaking. It was very easy to mount the new Hoselink Wall Bracket which I have attached to a wooden post. I have also previously purchased some of the Fertiliser Products which will be used shortly. Have also purchased several other items (Weeper Hose, Car Cleaning Brush, Hand Scythe to name a few) and all work very well.
All orders arrive in very quick time and I have no particular complaints other than the Click On Adapter for non-Hoselink products needs a bit of encouragement to engage properly but it may well be the quality of the other product, not Hoselink.

Was recommended to me by family, got my own, great product, couldn’t be happier.
Recently purchased 2. One as a spare the other to replace the existing lever as it is about to split open where it is screwed onto the hose connector. There were issues with freight costs for small items and incorrect shipping details, (shipping details my fault) but the response from customer service was prompt and the issues were sorted out quickly, even in the end being sent no charge. As with all previous items purchased this hose reel lives up to the expectations I now have for Hoselink products. It is now easier to instal due to the supplied template for drilling into the brickwork . The hose and reel are for connection to a rainwater tank and powered by a pump. Everything works a treat, plenty of pressure that is assisted by the larger diameter hose and fittings. Great work and customer service to all at Hoselink John
