Friendly and helpful staff and good value for money..they have all parts of Honda models .
I would not recommend purchasing from them as you may likely get a dud part already on its way out. They tried to tell me that a door actuator was supposed to make a horrible rattling noise each time you lock and unlock - anyone who owns a car knows that when you lock and unlock it should NOT make a rattling noise. Even with a *defective* part they won't provide a full refund, and want *me* to pay to post it back. Six emails later still no outcome.
Has a comprehensive source for Honda car spare parts. However, prices will be high for rarer, harder to source parts as they know the demand for them. For instance, a common Civic side mirror will cost $90 but a rarer Accord mirror will cost $190. They are not the most comprehensive though.
