Holistic Wellbeing

I bought a voucher for a hot stone massage and was given the run around. I rang and left a message stating I wanted to book in for a massage and when they returned my call & I mentioned that I had a voucher they said that they couldn't make a booking & would message me an appt time in the evening. I didn't receive any such message and when I called and left a few more messages on their phone the following days & I still did not hear back. How unfortunate that some businesses offer such deals and then treat their customers with a total lack of respect.
