The property was tenanted when I bought it and this agent was also managing the tenancy. After the tenant moved out, the agent swore that professional cleaners had been employed, yet I found dirty toilets and carpets, which I EASILY cleaned myself. Furthermore the rangehood glass was cracked. When I got around to letting the agent know, I received a return email accusing me of breaking the glass and wanting to blame the tenant for it. The agent claims that an inspection was most certainly done while the CLEANERS where there, however when I called to cleaning company to confirm this, they denied that the agent had attended the property.
