Hocking Stuart

I bought a house at Auction through these guys, and had inspected the house 3 times prior to auction, requested a section 32 and had direct email contact with the agent. No one took me seriously, when I turned up on auction day the agent just asked if I was just here to see what it went for....?

Once the auction started the auctioneer had no interest from the crowd and no bidders as clearly the agent had not qualified any of the potential buyers, and had no idea if anyone even was interested. In the end I put a bid in at the last second and bought the house for alot less than it was worth.
Since the sale, the (lack of) correspondence with this agent has been frustrating, Ive left 3 phone message on 3 different people's voicemail in the office regarding my settlement and am yet to get a call back.
I would not recommend these guys as I don't believe that they work for their commissions, in fact I found them to be lazy

If you want a good price for your home in a tough market use Hocking Stuart Ringwood!!

After initially listing our home with another agent, and receiving zero offers over several months (and being instructed to reduce our price several times), we signed up Karen and her team at Hocking Stuart in Ringwood and sold our home quite quickly, for a price we were very happy with.

Karen was at all times very upbeat and professional and most of all super-enthusiastic about being sure she could not only sell our home but get us a good price as well (which she did). This was really important as we had pretty much lost hope of ever selling at all, let alone getting a good price. All the team were very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

I can't recommend Karen and her team highly enough. Her market knowledge, drive, attention to detail and professionalism were simply outstanding. Hocking Stuart have restored my faith in Real Estate Agents!
