We were very impressed with the comprehensive marketing program prepared by Hocking Stuart. The campaign was conducted stress-free for us in preparation for the auction. We were contacted with ongoing feedback regarding attendees after each open inspection and presented with a detailed analysis of the current housing market in Carnegie, during the week prior to the auction. The auction was conducted efficiently by Mark and we appreciated the honest and realistic approach and interpersonal and negotiating skills of Mark and Chris. We have successfully bought and sold with Hocking Stuart, Carnegie.
We sold our house via Auction with them. Very professional presentation and communications. A nice group of people to work with, especially Mark. The marketing package looked great and we had a lot of input into it. We were always in the loop and knew what was going on.
