We purchased blinds from Hilight quite a few years ago and were happy with the initial installation and quality but they could improve on the after sales service. One of our blinds had been accidentally damaged which they fixed for $70. Only the minimum repair had been made and I would not say it was the most thorough job.

We had three large blinds fitted. They were top quality. The canvas was heavy duty in case of storms. When they are pulled down it transforms the patio into a large room, ideal for parties.
