Right from the beginning he was friendly to work with, prompt to respond to my queries and understood what I wanted from a mortgage.
It took me a while to eventually buy a house and Jeremy was there from the beginning. Jeremy was on the constant lookout for the best available mortgage, which sometimes meant filling out a new set of paperwork for pre-approval, instead of just sticking with the same bank that wasn't offering a good mortgage.
