Love it

Awesome experience so far. The food is tasty and easy to make. All come in different coloured bags so you know what ingredients are for which dish.

Worst system of all similar services. Not accommodating and a rip off, they are only interested in having you part with your money and don't take complaints seriously. I would avoid them at all costs.

Food not delivered is still charged for with no refund.

Have ordered from them 3 times and each time they have failed to deliver on the day promised or have left the box nowhere near our door/left wrong apartment and it's gotten stolen, even with providing notes as to where the apartment is. I've given them several chances and they failed each time. Don't waste your time or money on these people, they do not try to rectify the situation and don't care if their delivery drivers mess up.

Definately a good food delivery service but you cannot pick your meals like some competitors and product comes all mixed in a big box, not split out by meal like some other competitors whic is very convenient. Overall it's not bad but found missing ingredients during the duration of my subscription, however it be fair it has happened with a competitor as well. I would recommend people to try it out especially if you get a free box trial or $35 off. Definately worth it and healthy. Portion controlled and makes cooking easier as you do less shopping and thinking about what to make for dinners. $69.90 for two people to eat 3 meals a week. That includes delivery and you can skip weeks. These are fresh and not microwaved. You get all ingredients, recipes and instructions. You just need basic pantry items and some effort to cook the recipe!

Fresh food in just the right portion sizes for my husband and I. Tried a trial box and just loved the flavours and easy recipies but with a gourmet flavour flair, enjoying the cooking. Signed up for more, takes all the time and stress out of menu planning and shopping. Definitely helping us eat healthier. Highly reccomend for busy working couples. Price reflects 5 dinner box for two people.

I found these people through one of those discount Internet deals, and thought I'd give them a try.
You access them online. The head office for Australia is in Sydney but they deliver in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

You get (almost) everything you need to cook your own evening meals, complete with meat, veges, fresh herbs and spices, and the recipe.

It isn't cheap, about $10 per person per meal, but would be a godsend for anyone who is housebound but able to cook, like a family with a new baby or someone recovering from surgery.

You really don't need to shop at all for dinner, but you do of course need to make your own arrangements for other meals.

The food is fresh, and packed well, is delivered on time (in Melbourne, that's between 4pm and 9pm on Tuesday), and the meals are simple and tasty. They estimate preparation time is about 30 minutes.

The ordering timeframe is a bit restrictive and you need to be on the ball to cancel when you want to have a break from the service, but if you follow their guidelines it's all good.

I would recommend them, for anyone looking to simplify their life in terms of getting out to shop or those who like to try new foods, or those who are sick of having to think about what to cook.
And the service would make a great gift for someone who is in need of help with meal provision, as long as they have access to someone who can cook the stuff.
