Receive 6 rose bush from Hello, hello & was very unsatisfied with them, when l rang to let them know, they asked me to bring them back for a replacement. l still was very annoyed that l had to make the trip back, when l got there they had nothing suitable to replace the with, so they order me 6 rose bush.
l was extremely happy with my new order & free delivery that they organised for me.
Now that's what l call great customer service.

Recently purchased some grafted trees and had them delivered interstate. Very friendly and efficient service. The admin staff were very helpful in arranging delivery for us. Plants were good quality and delivery only took 24 hours from pickup. Would recommend this nursery
This business is not filling orders, not responding to emails and refusing to provide refunds for the orders they are not filling. If you are considering ordering from Hello Hello Plants & Garden Supplies, make sure to read the steadily growing litany of online complaints and search for the owner's previous convictions.
That does not bode well. I wrote to them a couple of days ago seeking a refund and haven't heard anything. I'll give them one week before I go online with my detailed review.

I spoke to Tanya at Hello Hello and she did everything she could to ensure we received the product we wanted from sending photos of the various varieties available to doing a FaceTime to choose the particular trees we wanted. They were ordered on a Saturday and arrived on the Monday. The service was fantastic. Thank you.

We had a look around at plants, but we were there for a water tank, which were very cheap and got a good deal on delivery. If you need help with anything ask, they normally do not approach you, lots of the same plants, so if you are after a particular item call ahead to make sure it is there, let your fingers do the walking
