I wouldn't have normally gone to this place as the price list normally is very pricey, but they have a great scoop-on voucher that I used which is at an excellent value.
The staff are very friendly. When they first opened I felt that the staff were a bit flustered and rushed, but my last couple of sessions have been in a calmer environment.

Simone makes the experience enjoyable. Which sounds strange because IPL is painful. Stripping down to being naked in front of anyone can be uncomfortable but it's not even an issue to her and so you feel like it is not an issue. She's considerate, knowledgeable, calming,professional, talented,funny, kind and great to converse with and honestly makes me want to go back to get zapped (IPL) just to talk to her. She's the best IPL professional I have experienced. In regards to Hair No More the business it is a sanitary, clean, easy going environment.

Instant and fantastic results with super friendly staff!! Incredibly satisfied. Way more cost efficient than waxing without all the pain as well.

Wow! I have been to many of Melbourne's Salons for various treatments and mostly my custom has been received with politeness and respect but Hair No More's Simone has me making an effort I don't normally make to review this business as special!

Simone talks to you like you are a friend and makes you feel comfortable even in what was an embarrassing treatment for me. I also felt very assured that I was getting the highest quality treatment with my needs in mind, not their profits.

Service of this caliber is rare and should be shared. Simone thankyou very much, I watched you handle a very difficult client with respect and graciousness. Im not sure I could've been that polite given the same situation.

I purchased a group buying voucher recently for Laser Hair removal (IPL) with Hair No More.
I opted for the highest value package because it meant I would be able to get enough sessions for both Brazilian and underarm within the 6 month time frame.
I have fair hair, so was unsure how successful it would be for me, but considering the great price on the deal voucher (I think it was $280 ish?? for $2,000 worth of treatments) I was happy to give it a try.
I noticed obvious results about 2 weeks after my first session, so that was really positive. I had 6 sessions in total and am very happy with the results. Whilst not 100% of the hair has been removed, considering I have fair hair, the results are fantastic (maybe 85% gone - with only light hairs remaining).
They have also recommended I come back for any maintenance sessions as I see fit.
The service is very nice, and the appointments are so quick (approx 6 minutes ish for both brazillian and underarm) so for anyone worried about pain, it is totally manageable!
Hair no more is located at the back section of a hair dressing salon, so in case you are wondering where to go, just walk through the salon and they have a reception area there.
Overall, I was very happy with the results and I think I got great value with the deal.

Always willing to change appointments or happy to accomodate the customer which is very hard to find these days.

My Experience at hair no more is by far the most professional Business that i have come across. I have been to a few different Hair removalist over the years with poor results but from my first treatment at hair no more i have seen less hair and very noticable results. I have been going to Hair No More for facial rejuvenation and ipl laser hair removal. I had considerate sun damage and this has all cleared leaving my skin with an even colour. I would not have believed that the damage I had done to my face was reversable but the treatments I received have worked wonders. I have had so many compliments from family and friends. The salon is gorgeous and spotless, staff is friendly and very thorough. Highly recommended salon and I am sure to be a returning client.

I had my first ever IPL treatment with Joanne today after having Hair No More recommended to me by my sister and a friend. I was a bit nervous before arriving but i didn't need to be! It was such a positive experience, even though I was a Scoopon customer, not a full paying client. Joanne treated me with respect and good humor and checked throughout the treatment to see that I was comfortable. She was knowledgeable and informative and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to achieving results using IPL. The waiting area and treatment rooms were inviting and clean and tidy and certificates of qualification are clearly displayed. I am very much looking forward to continuing my hair reduction with Joanne over the next 6 months ( i bought a voucher for 6 months worth of visits) and beyond for touch ups and maintenance. If you're concerned, like I was about using a voucher to try a new business, especially one that is for body treatments you needn't worry about Hair No More. A fabulous experience, great service and treatment. I'm a convert, no more razors for me! Yeah!

Warm staff, all smiles and caring, very welcoming for a first-time visit! Very professional as well, didn't give me second-class treatment for using a Scoopon voucher. Quick and efficient treatment, extremely pleased with the overall experience.

I've been to see Simone now on two occasions for hair removal on my back . Already I have had fantastic results which are clearly visible . The staff are friendly and offer great service and advice . I have used their hair removal services, they have got a very effective machine and it's a very hygienic place.

I have been to see Simone twice now for photorejuvenation. She has been absolutely fantastic. She explained the treatment to me in detail and always ensures that i am comfortable. My freckles have all gone and the dark patches of ultra dark pigmentation have all but dissappeared. I originally bought a coupon and was a little bit sceptical, but now that ive been to Simone and have seen the results, i will definitely continue to use her services.

I have been getting IPl treatment from Joanne at Hair No More for the last 4 months she is friendly and very precise with the treatment after 4 treatments I have an 80% reduction I love it and I am very happy. The salon is very clean and the staff always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Hair No More.

I am now in love with Hair no more, I have had IPl laser in a clinic in south yarra and after 5 treatments had no results i have now had 2 sessions of IPL at hair no more and the results are fantastic i have hardly no more hair on my legs and underarms its just amazing. I have had 2 Ipl sessions on my legs and bikini and have virtually no hair the results are amazing definately recommend Hair No More. The staff are friendly and answered all my questions. You must try it for yourself highly recommend it.

I bought vouchers and had ipl laser treatment, once they got the new machine it worked like a charm, would have loved to continue as I began to see great results except now i am expecting and would definitely recommend
