I have recommended HAAA to some people and have received feedback of 1. being ignored, 2. messages not being passed on.
This is obviously wasting time at a most sensitive stage of life.
I have rung a few times and after one week finally received a return call .
HAAA were a great help to me when I needed to find an Aged Care Facility for my Father. The help I got was greatly appreciated and Amber went over and above her duties to help further with paperwork for my father. Would highly recommend HAAA.
I would sincerely like to thank Amber at Health and Aged Assist for placing my mum in emergency respite. The team work between Amber, the hospital and Shepparton Aged Care was fantastic. This was all organised within a day. I cannot thank Amber enough and would recommend them to anyone in need of care.- Kate
Interesting reading the approximate price charged by HAAA. My step daughter was quoted $1200 and then HAAA went directly to State Trustees with a bill for $1800 without approval! And when queried, squirmed and had no excuse.

I engaged HAAA to help me place my father who needed aged care but I could not get a place anywhere! I had been trying for ages and a friend suggested I try HAAA. The wonderful team there reassured me they could help and WOW did they! Not only did they get my dad in a wonderful home but they managed to work out the centrelink paperwork so not only could dad keep his pension but he could keep his home too and the rent. All this was done in a week, I could not believe it! I had even tried at this home and got nowhere and it was just an amazing experience because I was bordering on a nervous breakdown with all the stress. I cannot thank these wonderful people enough. I could not believe all the support, and work involved was the best money I have spent in a long, long time.I can't recommend this service more highly!

I had to place a grandparent in Aged Care in country Victoria, but there are no beds for permanent or respite. Anthony and his team initially met with me to advise that we didn't have to sell the property (there are fantastic options) and advise the financial requirements.
He then (at incredibly short notice) organised respite care in Melbourne at a fantastic facility, and put the processes in place to request permanent care in the country.
He even supplied and help me fill in ALL the relevant government and facility paperwork.
They are on call 24 hours a day and often call to give me updates and check on my family member
AAA rating!
