They came highly recommended from a friend, they did a great job and were much cheaper than the previous company.
We have been long time customer of Gutterboy. But never again! Gutterboy only cleaned the front visual gutters whilst the back and side gutters were left full of decomposed leaves. This has happened before and we have asked for photos to be sent as proof they have actually completed the work. No photos were sent for the last clean - probably because they did not clean the gutters!! Not reliable or trustworth.
This is incorrect. We cleaned the gutters over 4 months ago and have obviously filled up again since then. The client demanded we clean the gutters again for free, unreasonable.

Do Not Use them. They are extortionists. Our quote of $300 which we had accepted before they would come suddenly became $860. They had cleaned the roof in the past- it hadn't changed- it was nothing but extortion.
Stay away from this mob...they'll rip you off! They were engaged to seal gutter joints but the joints are now even leaking worse than before their botchy work. They have refused to return and fix the joints properly and have even blocked my number!!!! So simply steer clear of them, they are very unprofessional and once you've paid them will be the last time you see them.

My observation of gutterboy’s work was terrible.
They spent approximately 20 minutes on a large double story house. They ripped out the gutter guard, put in the vegetation bin and just blew out the leaves which just flew all over the lawns. Then told the owner who weren’t on site that they hosed out the gutters but in actual fact they hadn’t.

Do not use these people! I asked them about a gutter overflow issue I had. They said they could fix the issue by re-falling the gutter to make sure the water flow is correct for $450.00. This did not fix the issue, so I called them back to look at it again. Now they say it is down pipe that is the issue which will cost an extra $800. These people are not honest. I was assured the issue would be fixed the first time.

This company was hired by our strata to clean the gutters of our building. The employees dumped everything from the gutters directly onto the balconies and patios below. When asked not to dump debris onto outdoor living spaces, one employee became belligerent and insisted nothing else could be done.
They do services around the North Shore. The value was quite a lot for a small detached townhouse, yet it was cheaper than another quote I was given. Only took half an hour, yet they left all the leaves and sticks all around the house.
