Gumshara is the king of ramen, their ramen is superb, thick delicious broth and meats. The place looks unsuspecting in the food court. Worth a try .

I love ramen and one of my favourite place is Gumshara! Definitely different, as the soup base /broth is very thick - like very very thick, at first it took me a while to get used to. But after a while the taste is excellent and couldnt get enough of it.

Gumshara is situated in Eating World food court and obviously there is no table service. However staff is always friendly and courteous to customers, so no complains there.

Definitely recommend to try if you love ramen and it is good value for money as well!

Have been hearing rave reviews from friends who work near Haymarket and had to come try the ramen for myself. Located inside Eating World food court and found the place easily, had a queue of about 4 people in front . I opted ( on a friend's recommendation) the Tonkotsu Ramen for $10.50 , it was a rich broth made with pork, it was a smooth, creamy and fragrant broth with the ramen noodles. You can also add different additions to your meal like soft boiled eggs, dumplings, chilli cabbage, pork slices etc. Delicious! Will be back for other ramen varieties, try coming before the lunch peak hour as there is a wait, but worth it!

Approximate cost: $10.50

The galic tonkotsu ramen here is absolutely delicious! The broth is thicker than anywhere else, and the flavour was strong! The amount is generous! You can ask for them for a tailor made lighter broth if you feel the taste is too strong! Highly recommended anyone who loves garlic.

Highly recommended ramen place, thick, delicious soup base full of flavour and texture. Huge serves and very decent pricing, guaranteed not to disappoint! My sister dragged me and 2 other friends here on a cold winter night for dinner and we enjoyed the most flavourful meal we had on our weekend trip to Sydney. This shop really deserves a better location than being tucked away in a little food court. Can't wait to come back again for more ramen!

A very nice, full ramen broth that may not be to everyone's taste. XD There is no question about the quality of the ramen in this place, though. In the food court and rather rustic (like the whole food court is) but well worth trying at least once.

the best ramen ever in Sydney !!!! i found this place years ago from Time out magazine. The soup is amazing!!! some people complaint the soup is too thick, it is because it was has rich flavour from the pork bone. also people can ask the chef to cook less tick soup. But for me , i always pay extra 50cents to get extra soup coz i cant get enough of the soup !!! well people .... if u love rame... please give this Gumshara ramen a try.... u will either hate it or LOVE it!!!

Approximate cost: $12

This is my favourite ramen place of all! The soup for the ramen is really thick and full of flavour. They claim not to have included any MSG and the soup is made of 120kg of pork bones a day! My favourite is the Tonkotsu ramen and the portion is pretty big so it's good value for money.

Approximate cost: $15
