I recently bought a pair of Tunebuds earphones to go with my Ipod. After 7 weeks one of the earphones stopped working. I sent an email to customer service and let them know that I wasnt happy with their product. Within 36 hours I had an email back saying that as they were based in the USA their replacement policy was a little different for international customers. All I had to do was take a photo of the faulty product destroyed and a photo of my receipt and they sent me a new pair of earphones......brilliant service and so easy to get the replacement product
