Greenstone Tiling

I am really happy with the recent re-tiling job I had done by Greenstone Tiling, which was removal of old tiles in outside entrance and hallway of my home. They arrived reliably on time, completed the job to a great standard, cleaned up after themselves and were excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenstone Tiling to friends and family. Thank you Craig and team

Greenstone tiling came on board to fix a previous poor tiled job. They worked on 1 full wall, floor and 1/2 bulkhead redoing the base platering and tiling, re, water proofing with all work under a 7 year warranty. I requested a fully qualified tiler which I was assured.
They worked independantly in the space. With one of their workers project managing. On return from overseas, I closely examined the work and the wall was poorly layed, does not align with other tiles all uneven grout lines. Towel rail came off, they damage the ceiling and indicated they would fix it. No prep work, just slapped a coat of paint over it looks appauling. The floor sealant defective. Water Leaks through the floor to lower level. Disastrous!!
More to the point it came to my knowledge their project manager was not a qualified tiler (2nd year apprentice unsupervised).
I rang Craig trying to get him back to fix the job without any success !!! I wrote a letter addressing my disappointment!!, finally Craig ranh back stating that they will come and fix it and arrange a time once he has check his schedule. No contact made! I left numerous messages on the vioce mail!!! Until the end of December 2018 trying to get the job fixed asap. Massive avoidance on their behalf. Did not honored the 7yr warranty. It is horrible that I have to look at the monstrosity they left me with. What a mess Greenstone Tiles!!! Please be warned!!
