After having been cheesed off by goodlife dingley where no interest shown in you after initial workout unless u signed up for expensive personal training, visitied this gym. Very friendly staff and prices were nearly half. No classes but if u only use gym idea for you plus there is alwaysa trsiner on hand to ask and programs are reviewed frequently and all in the $440 per year price. Free weigths and pin loaded machines. Good cardio area.
I went here for a short time after having my first baby. I was greatful for the understanding I received from the trainers and staff at this gym. The services at the gym are really good and I would give this place a bug two thumbs up.
Kev, the manager of this gym, runs a very friendly gym which sports excellent equipment including Nautica weight machines. The cardio equipment is first class. The staff are highly trained and are always willing to help with using equipment or general fitness advice.
