The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. A staff member had incorrectly tinted my eyebrows black against my very blonde hair. When I asked this error to be corrected, I dealt with insistence from all 3 staff members, who repeatedly tried to manipulate me into believing that this procedure had made me look better rather than worse. Staff also very unprofessionally involved other customers into this discussion. After my repeated refusal to pay for a procedure I did NOT ask for, I was yelled at by staff members and left the store in tears, crying. I wonder if the staff are even licenced.
