I am very happy with the treatment of my daughter with Dr southall and the team at Greater Springfield Orthodontics. They always explained the treatment to us every step of the way and were kind and gentle.
I was impressed with the payment plan as it made it easy to fit in to my monthly budget. Suresmile technology made the process quick and easy.
I loved that they are open at Springfield 5 days a week so we didn't have to travel to different locations for appointments.

Pleasant, everything was great. Wouldn't change anything. The only thing i can critizise is the operating hours, however everything exceeded my expectations. Service was second to none and the overall journey was not as daunting with the Greater Springfield team.

From our first conversation, after being referred by our trusted dentist, we had no second guesses about coming here. All the staff have been informative and supportive throughout the whole experience. In the beginning our dental hygienist came in on her day off to adjust Isaac and make him more comfortable.

My experience with this orthodontist is that the staff are very nice and friendly. They ask friendly questions. They ask how your day was when you walk in the door and then say have a great afternoon. I have had so much fun being at this orthodontist and meeting the staff.

Highly recommend. All the staff are very professionally and friendly. All concerns were answered and seen to ASAP. The staff talked through everything they were doing every step of the way so my son knew what was going on. We can not thank them enough for the perfect smile my son now has & how professional they are at what they do.
