Grapevine is now part of transact and is and has always been part of the Transact Bundle scam Yes it is good to be on cable through Graepvine/Transact but the cost is more than should be paid for this service that offers nothing special and compared to other ISP's who offer a slower but efficient ADSL 2+ service the others give you much more for your money including bigger download limits.
We've been using Grapevine as an internet service provider for a few years. They have been good. Their invoices are always correct, their staff are helpful, their technical support is friendly and well informed. We like them, and will stay with them.
