From signing up with Granny Flat Solutions through to completion it was a process that was drawn out and not completed in a method that would make me recommend them to anyone.

Issues started from the DA with council not being followed up on properly with the DA only moving forward due to us using a contact in council to see what the hold up was.

Hold ups due to materials not being ordered or the wrong materials being ordered as well as trade not being passed the correct information regarding the project.

On top of that the lack of expediting of the project when time frames were blown out especially when I did all I could to make access to the site and myself as easy as possible.
