Looking to buy my 3rd gaming pc in 10 years from GR-TEK next year. My current one is just over three years old. I am at the age where I like nice things, so I am happy to pay a fair price for a top of the line product. I love the website with the drop box options. I often load it up and play with the options so I know what I can get without having to scroll through too many pre designed PC's. As I said, very happy.

I have just ordered my third PC from GR-TEK and as usual, it is a quality product. The last PC is now 6 years old, the longest that I have kept a computer and still going strong, although getting a bit long in the tooth now. The order process on their website is dead simple, with several basic designs which you can customise using the dropdown menus against each component. I sent my chosen build to George before ordering and he made a couple of suggestions against the usage I had specified and now have a computer that should last me several years. The delivery from Brisbane to Adelaide only took 2 days. Very happy!

I bought a gaming PC from GR Tek in (had to check emails) 2014 and it is still running absolutely perfect today in 2018. Haven't had a problem with it in that entire time which is amazing. I've added another harddrive and that's it over the years. Would definitely recommend GR Tek to anyone.

Have just bought my second PC from GR-TEK. I bought my first 5 years ago and normally keep them 3 years at the most and am only replacing it as it is getting a bit 'long in the tooth' and it has been totally reliable over this period with no hardware issues. Even if you are not very cluey about computers, their website is easy to navigate, giving base models for your main usage and you can cutomise from there and George & Maree will always help you out if needed. Also their pricing is very competitive and you end up with a computer built to your exact specification without the compromises you have to make with a store purchased unit. I thoroughly recommend this company.

I had my computer built by GR-TEK in 2013. It has been absolutely excellent. Fast, efficient and reliable. Today I had a problem that I created. I rang the office and even though well out of warranty received friendly, helpful advice that quickly resolved my problem. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE. I was planning to build my own computer, but decided to incorporate GR-TEKs expertise and buying power, to have the ultimate in quality and value. This was achieved in spades, with complete satisfaction in the whole experience, my one small quibble, I would like to have got a small booklet with it with the details of each component, and the results of benchmark tests. GR-Tek made the process easy by communicating when the machine would be delivered and also delivered a quality machine with no issues. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Looking for speed and -above all- quietness I contacted GR-Tek for advice. Together we came up with a system that seemed promising and it was then made, tested and delivered all in a week. I had no idea a computer could be as quiet.

I approached GR-Tek a couple of years ago with a specific need for my business and found that they went out of their way to understand exactly what I required. They did not try to sell me stuff I did not require.
I am still in contact with them now as I'm constantly making sure that I'm keeping up with technology and what is relevant with my business and they always have good advice. I have no interest in taking my business elsewhere and have recommended, and will continue to recommend them to others.

I recently had a gaming computer built by GR-TEK.
The process was easy using the their website and George and Maree were always happy to talk about the details when ever I called.
The unit was ready as promised and had all the software and original hardware accessories included with the computer.
The build quality is outstanding. All the cables are neatly tucked away and everything works as promised. A few days of getting used to the hardware and software and Windows 8.1 was booting up in less than 15 seconds from cold. And the gaming performance is outstanding!
I cannot fault the customer service, the build quality or the overall experience. My next build will definitely be with GR-TEK.

Great experience. easy to navigate website and Super quick delivery. Ordered 2PM day before Christmas and arrived on the 30th. Despite 2 public holidays and the weekend inbetween. Can I give 6 stars?
