I contacted goodyear when my Kia started making horrid noises, which I suspected was my break pads. I knew I was overdue for a service, so I also asked fora service as well as an investigation into the 'odd noise'. Goodyear Windsor called me personally to inform me that my break pads had worn right through, and that the service AND repair work would be quite costly. Most other mechanics wouldn't have given me the option, but Goodyear allowed me to pick and choose what they would do to my car and informed me upfront of the total cost. I have been stung before by mechanics (possibly because I am a clueless female) but Goodyear did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge, and my car is running smoothly again. I will certainly be using Goodyear in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in the Hawkesbury region!
