Good Time Pools

We engaged Good Time pools to do a Pre Purchase Pool inspection on a property we were purchasing. They were at the house for 10 minutes - were gone before we even arrived. We paid the account that evening before we received the report (trying to do the right thing) and the report came back as a two page piece of crap which was (a) inaccurate and (b) uninformative. We contacted them to clarify the queries we had (ie. the areas of their report which conflicted with the pest/building inspection) and they were very unhelpful in resolving the matter - providing a 26 we have since contacted them twice to resolve the matter and see if they would come and look at the pool to help with ongoing service and been ignored. Definitely would not recommend for pre purchase inspections or ongoing pool service as their responses were not acceptable.
