We charge per project, not by the hour. After a free on-site visit to assess the job, we provide a formal written quote with a detailed scope of work and a fixed final price no hidden costs, no surprises.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

The challenge of solving complex problems and bringing a client's vision to life. Every project is unique, and there is nothing more satisfying than delivering a result that exceeds expectations especially when the job involves intricate structures or custom carpentry that requires creative thinking and precision.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

We accept bank transfer and cash. For larger projects, we work on a progress payment basis payments are made in agreed stages as the work is completed.

What insurance do you hold, and what value are you covered for?

Marko leads every job personally you deal with the same person from the first call to the final handover. We work exclusively on residential properties, which means every project gets our full attention. We are fully licensed, carry full insurance, and provide a formal written quote with a fixed price before any work begins. No subcontractors, no surprises.

How quickly can work be completed? What are your turnaround times? Do you offer same-day service?

Turnaround times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. A small fixout job can be completed in a day or two, while larger projects such as decking, pergolas or full renovations may take several days to weeks. We provide a realistic timeframe in our written quote before work begins. Same-day service is not available, but we aim to schedule new projects as promptly as possible.
