Gold Coast Pet Resorts

My Rottweiler puppy Harvey has been going to both resorts since he was 14 weeks old as it was so important for me to socialise him. All the staff take such great care of him and are always more than accomodating when I book him in and call them to check up on him! As soon as we arrive he’s running to the door for cuddles, I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

Our fur baby stayed at Arundel over the Xmas period. This is the first time he has stayed at this pet Resort. It wont be the last. He was very well looked after, had been bathed when we pick him up. had plenty of cuddles with the staff who where very nice and caring. Quality food is served to the dogs. A good kennels is often hard to find where you can trust that your pets are looked after carefully. What sets GCPR apart for me is the amount of time they allow the pets to play outside of their cages and the way they interact with them. I searched the coast area when we moved from Western Australia and was extremely pleased to find this place after a few shocks at the level of care elsewhere. I recommend it very highly.

We took our 4 month old border collie there and she had a ball. I highly recommend. Took her out some days and she gladly went back in after a visit to the park for a quick run around. Staff members were very friendly.

WARNING for all pet lovers, do not leave your pet here, had our dog stay here for 3 weeks over Xmas and had to take him to the vet the day after we got home with bleeding and infected paws, $ 600.00 later and in total denial that they did anything wrong, thanks for NOT looking after our dog, stay away if you love your pet

Would love to give a huge thank you to the Gold Coast Pet Resort! My baby was very well looked after, I think he enjoyed his stay a lot! Came back well groomed as well! Reasonably priced and they had great communication! Proffesional and friendly!

We would very highly recommend Gold Coast Pet Resort. Benson has just been for his second 'holiday' at the Resort and was very excited about his visit! He loves being able to run around and spend time with other dogs. The staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Benson will be having more happy times at the Resort in the future.

It was the day before a cyclone and 4 hours before we were due to fly to Melbourne, when our house sitter decided to be a no show.

We have two dogs who arent good with kennels and one of them with huuuuuge stress and trust issues (former pound puppy). Gold Coast Pet Resorts solved our problems with a smile and reassurance. Our furbabies were given a deluxe suite, complete with leather lounge and big screen telly, even a husband watching the sport from time to time.

We thank you so much. You are now the only kennel we would trust. xx

Our dog Oscar goes to doggy day care with Kerrie & Rob 5 days per week. He loves it there. As soon as we arrive in the car he gets excited and can't wait to get inside to be with the other dogs. It has improved his behaviour as he socialises with other dogs. Kerrie and Rob obviously love animals and it shows. Oscar loves going there every day and it is great for me not having to worry about him. So glad we found this pet resort.

Highly recommend this place, left my very high maintenance cat here, (who usually comes back from other boarding kennels in a very unkempt, smelly and distraught state)and he came back happy and clean and the owners could not have been more genuine and caring and professional. If the cats get along they let them out to socialise too which is great!

Really happy with this pet resort Xena was well cared for. While we were away we needed to extend our time and this was arranged easily with staff. Will definately use again, highly recommended.

I was very apprehensive about leaving Bambi in kennels as I didn't know of any good ones in the area. After searching pretty much all of them, not feeling entirely comfortable with any of them, I came across this one. They made me feel at ease straight away & were very accommodating to Bambi's high maintenance needs. He needed two different meds each day (one for epilepsy), he's a fussy eater & doesn't like other dogs. They had no problem with any of this & seemed to have plenty of experience to know exactly what to do if he had a seizure. I was sent pictures of him & he seemed to be having a better time than us! He was even mixing with the other dogs. When we picked him up he was clean & very happy, It was obvious the staff spent a lot of time interacting with him & making him feel settled, I almost couldn't drag him away from all his new friends. I'm so happy we picked this place, it's clean & relaxed & the staff are amazing! We will be recommending this pet resort to everyone & Bambi will be staying there next time we visit kirra. Our little one was a little nervous on checking in - does not always want to mix with other dogs (mainly because she does not think she is a dog!!) but the staff were great to spend some extra time with her to help her settle in. On pick up she seemed quite happy & relaxed so I feel she was well looked after during her stay.

Our dog Cleo is usually minded at home. This was a great place to leave her as the environment was pet friendly and catered for her needs. When we collected her she was happy and received more attention than having a dog sitter at home. Cleo also got to mix with other dogs. Great location and we would not hesitate to use this business again. Very happy!

I had my puppy stay with GCPR for 4 days whilst my partner and I went away for a Noosa holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, well presented and were happy to show me around the facilities. They were incredibly accommodating of my puppies need for a special diet. Upon collection of my puppy I noticed how happy he was, (not only to see me), but how much he wanted to lick and play with his human host! This is the best sign of him being in good care. The pictures on the website don't do enough justice of just how beautiful, new and CLEAN the kennels and play areas are. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs high quality pet accommodation or daycare. I somehow think that my puppy didn't miss me because he was having far too much fun in care at GCPR! SO happy with this service.

Don't be put-off by the warehouse feel - the space is split into areas to ensure that your pet is made to feel at home away from home, with comfy furniture and a TV for company. What makes this special is the care & interest taken in the pet before & during the stay. Effort was made in finding out the dog's personality to make sure his roommates were suitable. Although, our dog was very happy to be taken home, we could tell that he'd had a good time for the two days of his stay.

The place is very clean and welcoming inside and out. when it is raining the dogs are inside playing together, lounging on couches and watching television. when it is sunny out they can play in very clean outdoor runs together. we will definitely be bringing them back here for a resort stay when we go on holiday :)

Great pet motel. Highly recommend!! My Poodle Chantelle just loves going there sitting on the lounge watching tv.

We were very happy with the service provided to look after our beloved dogs. they looked healthy and very happy once we picked them up. We were able to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing they were safe.

I would highly recommend Gold Coast Pet Resort, they looked after Ruby so well.
I didn't have to worry about her, as she was having a special holiday away from home too. When we got there she was busy checking the place out, normally she is clinging to me, not wanting to stay at other places. This will definately be her holiday resort. Thanks Kerry & Rob :-)
