Gogyo

Gogyo is a Japanese Ramen resturant that has recently opened in Surry Hills. If you love ramen, this place is a must and lives up to the hype. I came here for the 1st time after hearing some review and it was worth it. The Kogashi miso ramen is a charred miso, chicken broth, 1/2 egg, pork belly chashu (a must eat) is rich in flavour and the Kogashi shoyu ramen is a charred shoyu, chicken broth, 1/2 egg, pork belly chashu is also delicious. If you like it hot then the Chilli shoyu ramen with chicken broth, habanero pork mince, bamboo shoots, tomato coriander, pork belly chashu is for you.
Some small dish that you must get is the King Prawn Guacamole and the crackling piggy rolls.
