Misleading salesman and does not honor their special deals, had an item on special but did not allow me to follow through purchase, 2 pushy salesman was trying to convince me to buy another more expensive product and told me that other product was discounted and later found out the price paid was full price.

We had previously bought a vacuum from another Godfreys store, and were not happy with it or the service we received, so we took it back to Glendale because we had heard positive reports about this store. The salesman was unable to give us a refund or exchange, but was very helpful in assisting us find a new vacuum, and a better one that suited our needs better.
He didn't push us into anything or try and sell us the most expensive machine. He listened to our needs and in the end we were extremely happy with our purchase and it did an excellent job!
