customer service is good with hard rubbish collection but several times complaints I have made to other departments have not been dealt with unless I have rang several times. Information does nor appear to always get to the correct staff member. The council cancels services with no consultation ie scrapping the free mulch pick ups. Can it just be a coincidence that 1 councilor owns a business in the area that sells it??!! lol
