This company was hired for my graduation. I purchased two photos with them, one with a frame and one without, totally over $350. I accidentally selected the wrong photo for the framed print (I had my eyes closed in the photo). It was my fault but considering that I was spending this much amount of money, I'd expected the company to reach out to me to double check/confirm my choice before printing the photo. The company never contacted me. The wrong photo was printed and framed. When I reached out to the company, I got a very late reply (I initially emailed them on 23rd September, followed up a call/email on 30th September 21). They didn't get in contact with me until I contacted them on 8th October 21, which they responded and suggested I buy another print. I thought I would get an discount considering this is my second time purchasing photos from this company - I am unhappy with my purchase for sure.

Such a rip off, I had my graduation and paid $40 for a professional photo. Had to line up for 1 hour then finally got my photo taken. They told me they would send them to me, only to find out 30 mins later that they would send me a 'link' to their website where I would have to pay $60 per photo for a download??? Apparently the $40 was for the session! Are you kidding me, what a rip off. This company is such a scam, never go with them.

I would give them a 0/5 star if possible! Absolutely terrible service at my graduation today. Waited half an hour for the 'step one' of purchasing photos, and then a whole hour in line waiting to have photos done! And to top it off, the $85 I paid was actually for the 'photographers time', not the actual photos! Even though a staff member assured me I would receive one photo 'free' of my choosing. They cost a hefty $60 EACH just to DOWNLOAD! Absolute rip off. Will never recommend this service to anyone.

I am not that person who would write reviews, but I cannot skip this one, this rip off I have experienced at my daughter's graduation yesterday has to be reported! They charged me $85 for a small photo, the exact same one you can get for $14 from Event Photo. Not only that, they charge you $60 to download an image (the photo) from their web site. And they call it 'value for money'! Seriously, I call it 'insult to people's intelligence'

I have had professional photographs taken before at school and they have always turned out great with good instructions of how to stand and pose. Graduations are huge and when you have spent so many years working towards a degree or diploma, you expect to have the best when it comes to your Graduation in celebration of this occasion. I had a horrible photographer, I have no idea where his experience comes from or whether he had any training but this fellow literally had no clue. When I received my photographs to purchase or download, half of the photos where of eyes closed or the poses were not instructed well which reflected on these images, he could have retaken these photographs!. The photographer I had was not professional at all and the quality was a waste of money. I still purchased two images as I wanted a memory with my whole family who had supported me through this study, I felt I had no choice but to buy a few. I had an issue after purchase and I would now like to point out that the customer service is just as bad as the photographer, if you have any enquiries your probably going to waste your effort in communicating with the horrible customer service that lack direction. Where do they employ such people? and why?
But hey It may turn out fine for you, I'm sure I just got the horrible one out of the lot, however don't say nobody warned you.

I would not recommend GFP Studios to anyone who wants professional photo service. I might recommend this studio as a last option only if the photographer is not the same lady my family and I had during my graduation. I am not sure if these photographers need to complete some sort of course before getting a job as a photographer as this lady did not know how to instruct us to stand or even pose. What I am more upset about was the fact that I had hair sticking out in weird angles at my forehead because of the mortarboard and she did not make an attempt to correct it before taking the photos. My family and I felt that she was rushing us the whole time. Why are we not even allowed to view the photos after they were taken? Thank God because we are returning back overseas and can rely on photoshoppers to fix these photos. We are definitely not happy with this studio.

GFP came to me while I was in hospital with my baby and got many beautiful photos of him. The young lady was very professional and very gentle with my little boy who was only 3 days old in the photo's. I order a mix of photos some framed and other not and all arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I even got a CD with all the photos of him on it, enable me to print more if I wanted too. I plan on using them again if I need any more family photo's done.
