They are all smiles before you sign the contract, but once they have you signed up, the trouble starts. They make a lot of mistakes, try to call them "unforeseen" so they can charge you extra. Then push schedules out over and over again. When they finally build the house, its really not that well done and trying to get them to fix anything is impossible.
They don't stand behind the houses they build.

Our almost complete Gemmill Home Face Brickwork is disgraceful. Joints range from 10mm to over 20mm and are inconsistent and crooked throughout. Have tried to get them to fix it but they seem incapable of producing a uniform job.

for my house i used the service of gemmillhomes on my friend's advice. they provide a superior level of service and an innovative range of house designs.the cost is so low to the service they provided. the outcome is very very good and every one apprciates me on my party day.thanks to gemmill homes
