Set up an appointment between 12:30 and 1:30pm, detailing what needed to be done, confirmed it with a credit card and agreed to pay the weekend surcharge. They were a no show. No message either. What a waste of time.

Back in mid-July this year, I thought my desktop computer was infected with a virus, so called this company up and a friendly tech by the name of Gary came out the next day. (There is also an option of same day service and does cost extra of course but would be very handy for emergencies).
My computer problem turned out to be the touch screen, which he worked out very quickly and switched it off. As the minimum cost is for an hours work, if there is time left over you can get them to do other computer things, which was great. I had been having intermittent hassles with my internet connection and Gary fixed it very quickly and I haven't had a problem since. Hopefully, I won't need any more repairs but if I do, I would definitely call Geeks 2 U again.

Our neighbour recommended these guys - it is always hit and miss with IT when getting other to fix technology. Glad we called them as they came to pick up laptop and fixed it fairly quick. Glad the neighbour recommended them or we may have just purchased another laptop and been way out of pocket.

Called the 1300 915 271 number as a friend recommended them and glad we did. Our laptop dies, wouldn't turn on and these guys fixed it for a decent price. They come to your door take computer away and fix in a timely manner.
