We bought a caravan last year that has a solar panel and battery charger. We were not confident in solar panels in the van and when it stopped working. We rang them and explained the situation and they said to come down and they will have a look. It turned out we just weren't charging it enough. They explained everything so we could understand and didnt charge us. We have since returned and purchased other things we have needed. Great friendly knowlegable service
