Purchased a car New Nissan From Gatton Auto, nothing but trouble, and Gatton Auto don't give a damn, try fobbing you off and not our responsibility.
Terrible service, did not honour warranty, rude and arrogant, will never give them a cent again.
Electric windows failed, had to drive to work at 4am with a blanket wrapped around me, Nissan's response DON'T GIVE A DAMN, had to get a local mechanic to fix while under warranty at my expense.
CD player failed while under warranty, still not fixed response DON'T GIVE A DAMN
Did a timing chain right after warranty but was noted before warranty expired, they never covered that either.
Said they would give us a courtesy car for services if we purchased a car from them, but in 3 years never have. Complained about it but have to wait weeks to get a car and have to pay for fuel.
Many more issues but had enough of GATTON AUTO
Have spoken to them many times but just don't care
