Terrible Job still not completed after 11 months and orders from NCAT to finish it. Craig is very rude and arrogant. Sent 2 young lads who had no idea how to fix the mess his previous employees made who have since left the Company. 2 lads left never to be seen again and no word from Craig how or when the gutters will be cleaned and the mess they made fixed. Would NOT recommend at all if the job appers to be too hard for his employees. Getting quotes to appear at NCAT again as advised. I am NOT going away! Take responsibility for the mess you have left and own up to it .You have been paid!

Adam did a great and professional job of re-routing a gas line under my house. It wasn't the easiest of jobs and he handled it well.

I highly recommend these guy's. I had another plumber come out to fix our toilet. They said the whole toilet needed replacing. They seemed very unsure so I called Gary Renouf Plumbing who took one look and said they could just fix the existing toilet. They assured me that if I wasn't satisfied, they would contribute the cost of the fix towards a new toilet installation. It's worked like new ever since. I'll have no hesitation in calling Gary Renouf Plumbing next time I need a plumber.
