Galaxy Nails

I had a manicure and pedicure at Carine Galaxy nails today. The lady doing the pedicure did a great job however the lady doing my manicure did not! It felt like she was in a massive rush, even though it was not busy.
She asked which shape I wanted and then ended up doing the opposite to what I asked for but my biggest disappointment was that she completely hacked off my nails and they are now so short I can not scratch myself.
She never asked how short I wanted them but I thought she would just tidy them up not cut them down the the top of my finger tips.
When I addressed this upon paying she replied with “you should have said something”
No woman…. Your job is to ask what the customer wants and at least acknowledge their dissatisfaction and apologise. Of which I got neither. Plus she hacked them off so quick I didn’t not have an opportunity to say anything.
