Very bad experience at fuse silver dfo . My chain broke and didn’t got replacement and staff is also not friendly and very rude
Service: Necklace
Have purchased numerous pieces from Fuse Silver at Castle Hill, and on the whole I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the range and price point.
I won’t be back,I visited on Friday 2nd of May looking to purchase, but I have never felt so insignificant before and walked out feeling like a second rate citizen, the same sales person that I’ve bought from before just disregarded me as a non identity, her first words were ( as soon as I saw you I knew we had nothing for you ! ) how dare she ! I asked to see some rings ,she said we only have size 7 and you are obviously are a size 6 and walked off ! I called her back and asked if they Re sized! Know try the watch maker down stairs …I was so taken aback and won’t be returning and I’ll be telling my friends about the experience I encountered…such a shame as Fuse offer so many beautiful pieces.I hope management address this.
Fuse Silver sell beautiful silver jewellery, often featuring semi-precious stones and one-off designs. I pop in here pretty often picking up new pieces. I especially buy lots when they have sales, which I keep an eye out for. It is only a small store, and can get busy during those sale times. Check it out, you can pick up great gifts for both men and women that will be both special and original.
I've been here a few times and even picked up a couple farewell gifts for people who were leaving work. They've got some very pretty things!
is it comparable to prouds or it's more upper market?
Depending on the piece, I think the prices can be comparable to Prouds. Different style of jewellery to Prouds though.
You can't go past this small counter style silver jewellery store for value. They run 50 and 70% off sales and you can get good quality silver pendants and chains at a fraction of the usual price and some really lovely unique pieces. Highly Recommend this store.
