Funtastic Kidz

Since being an employee for approximately 18 months I have seen 4 directors (managers) 3 second in charge an external management company twice and numerous educators leave the centre which equates to app 1.5 staff leaving per month. Fact. I too chose to part company with the centre on ethical and moral reasons and in all good Consciousness certain behaviour could no longer be tolerated. Would I place my child or grandchild in that environment. definitely NOT. The decision is yours to make !!
