We are very happy with our new pool from Freedom Pools in Joondalup. Staff member Ray Bradford was very helpful and made the process an enjoyable experience. The sub contractors were very good and reliable. David, who has been back and forth setting up the pool pump, piping, heating, etc has been awesome. Thanks to everyone involved, we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Freedom Pools!
From the very first dealing with Freedom Pools we have had professional service and are very happy with our end result. The design process including a trip to the showroom was hassle free. The installation was quick and suited around our schedule and the manufacture was faultless. The multiple tradesmen attending site were very good and efficient.
We received a pool that suited our budget, our small yard area and we couldn't be happier. We definitely have and have no hesitation recommending Freedom Pools to our friends.
I have recently had a pool installed by Freedom and actually found the experience positive. Yes there were some concerns but they were all handled professionally and timely. Its a big job and there will be obstacles but its how you deal with them. The supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so no complaint s here.
I'm in Adelaide and spent 2-3 years researching and stressing about buying a pool. Reviews about most pool companies tend to be negative, including some about Freedom Pools, particularly in other States. I have to say I have been hugely relieved and delighted with my dealings with the company and their work is excellent. I was thorough in going through the contract and checking what they would/wouldn't do. Once started, they have done what they said they would do and on time and on price. The workers/contractors have been polite and efficient. I feel safe in recommending them based on my positive experience! Phew!
i too faced a similar exp. couldn't believe the customer service i had a year before. after that i didn't think of going there. it will be good if the management has changed. otherwise//////////////
We are in the process of having a pool installed....at this stage we would say that customer service is very poor....being fobbed off, no one answering calls or addressing queries...we are spending a lot of money and now the salesman has got his commission he doesn''t seem to care. The works contract manager is even less interested. All we ask is to be kept informed of what''s happening and a bit of customer care...not happening I'm afraid. We were advised by the salesman that the pool would be installed in one day...dig out, crane organised and pool in...NOT SO! We appreciate that things can get held up or delayed but no one has communicated with us. We have both taken unpaid time off work for the contractors to get access to the premises only to find on the first day they didn''t turn up until 11:45am when a 7am start was promised. There is no project manager, no one is communicating with each other....all they seem to be interested in is getting payment. So far we are very disappointed with the non-existant customer service but are keeping our fingers crossed that all will be well...at this stage it''s all we can do. We have kept a log and photo's of progress which will be used as free advertising for Freedom!
Wrong pool colour arrived. all jet outlets did not work within the first month. Pumps placed in the wrong place. Electrical work has blown out. A year on and still two jets wont work. No one would return my calls. Service was non existent. One workman just sat there while he got the junior to do the lot and asked for a cup of tea and complained of a hangover... as if I cared.
