Although not the cheapest of bike shops, they stock a good range of bikes and related products and the staff are friendly helpful. I also had to return a product to this store and found their customer service really good.
We recently bought a little bike for my daughters 3rd birthday. She was having problems riding it because she couldn't get the peddles to go around properly. We took the bike back to The Freedom Machine and they inspected it but couldn't find any faults.
The guy at TFM said he didn't want us to be dissappointed with the bike so he suggested we swap it for a tricycle which would be easier for her to peddle, and they swapped it on the spot. The original bike was in very good condition because she had only ridden it inside, but it was great to see pro-active customer service like this.
