DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered couch, dining table and chairs from them in May 2015. Promised delivery in 10 weeks, but nothing happened until I called them 3 times to chase up. Finally they agreed to deliver the couch and dining table without the dining chairs, as the chairs are still not ready. Finally dining chairs ready to deliver, but on the delivery day the driver told me they only had 6 chairs in the delivery, the outstanding 2 chairs not in their main warehouse, I would need to call Freedom. Called Freedom Chadstone, they said I need to call warehouse myself to sort out, finally got hold of warehouse, found out the other 2 dining chairs to arrange delivery another time! Horrible! 1 order took almost 3 months to deliver, and require chasing up for another 3 separate deliveries. Last time using Freedom.
