I find franklins good value and their own brand items are quite ok. Good range of products easy to find. Fruit and vegetables a bit pricey. I like the reward point particularly the fact that they don't drop off like the flybuy points do!!
I had to comment after reading others, i think this is one of the poorest grocery outlet in newcastle area, always mistakes on bill fruit and veg look very bad and range was miserable
The product range was very average, the Veg didnt seem fresh or value for money, I couldnt find some of my favorite brands, and the parking was very limited, this store was out of the way and a pain in the A to get out onto the main road.

I have shopped there three times. I was overcharged. Twice on one docket, once another time. They were polite, but very delayed about refunding the difference.....It was a twenty minute ordeal for the dollar refund, and then I still needed to shop.
