Ordered a frame online, and I was shocked that it was made and ready to deliver so quickly. Ordered on Friday, arrived on Wednesday. It's a long frame, so it needed two boxes to cover, but it was wrapped very well. The frame looks amazing, and it will look great with my puzzle in it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs a custom frame. I will most certainly come back whenever I need a frame.

The site was easy to follow regarding placing the order. Packaging was brilliant. Frames were exactly what I ordered and the quality & workmanship is absolutely beautiful. I will be ordering more frames in the future and would recommend this company to anyone requiring frames. Price was also reasonable.

I would really recommend this company. I had some fabric framed and they did a wonderful job. The prices are good and the young lady who helped me was professional and gracious. It was also the fastest framing I have ever had done.
Have used this online store 4 times now, for an assortment of large, customised frames and haven't been disappointed once! The site is easy to use and has lots of choice, so you can always find/design what you are after. Prices are excellent and MUCH cheaper than "non virtual" stores. Delivery time has always been less than a week, so very happy!!

I received my custom matt yesterday - I'm absolutely thrilled! Framed the print last night, the matt was the perfect colour and the size was millimetre perfect. And your packing and shipping is first class!

I bought a chalkboard from A & H Trading. The board is very strong which easily mounts on our wall. They have a really big range of all other framing items.

Professional, helpful staff, super quick turnaround service. I was looking for budget framing options, their prices were very impressive. Received useful framing tips, without having to be asked. I will definitely go back for more.

These guys are great. I ordered customized frames from them twice and both times I was happy with their products. I made online orders and the final frames were really close to what I saw online (colour, shape, size). I'd definitely recommend them if you need frame for picture or photo. They have huge choice of frame material and their website are easy to use. Also they have all samples in their shop. Prices are reasonable in comparison with other companies.
Mirrors and custom frames at near wholesale prices. Staff aren't that friendly but get the job done. If i wanted a set of frames or a massive mirror I'd definitely go here.

We had produced the order exactly to the size that was on the order, you would have also received this as a confirmation order receipt by email once you placed the order that details the sizing and specs chosen. I understand it is frustrating as you were intending to order a larger size but we unfortunately have no way of knowing this.
As we hand make everything to order it we can't accept a return so we offered a bit more than 25% off a re-order of the correct size. As you were after a larger size, the replacement price will be higher than the size you ordered.
We do provide a guarantee and can definitely replace anything that is damaged, poor quality or any manufacturing faults, but as this is an incorrectly ordered item we can offer discounts on replacements to resolve it.
Out of goodwill for the scenario, if you'd like to return the item we can offer a full refund of what you've paid to us.
