So disappointed with this service.

Had booked the high dirt clean for $380.

They were 10 hours late after back and forth messaging all day. I was left wondering if they would even show up! And I had already put down a 50% deposit.

Due to the team being so late I couldn’t go back and check the quality of the work. So I stupidly paid the remainder in good faith.

When I returned to the house there were marks on every wall and dust in the skirting boards. The overall clean with not what I would consider “high dirt”.

I ended up scrubbing my own house for 2 hours with family which completely defeated the purpose of paying for cleaners.

When I provided this feedback to the company, they offered me a $60 refund which is an insult considering the service was null and void when I had to reclean the whole house again myself.

The whole situation has been so distressing and upsetting, I would not recommend this company unless you want to be completely taken advantage of.
