What a rip off! Didn't arrive the day they were booked for, quoted $400 for a small 2 bed unit, charged $2000! I refused to pay some of it ie furniture wrapping?? and charging weekend rates on a Friday! It took them 8 hours, and it went into storage, not having to negotiate another house!! For your sanity and wallet, avoid these clowns if possible. Also, the crew were completely unintelligible. I had to call head office to work out what they were trying to tell me....not good!

From begining to end they made move very easy. Even the guys in the office were great.

Showed up with truck half size needed, even though I'd booked the larger truck. They would of had to have done 2 trips, but considering how long it took them to load first lot (and being charged by the hour), I decided to move the rest myself. I had to hire a van the next day and work all day moving everything they were meant to move. AND THEN, the company tried to charge me for furniture wrapping when I didn't ask for it. AND THEN, they scratched nearly every piece of furniture they moved!!!
I do not recommend these guys! Oh, and they sent a guy with no experience - 3rd day on the job to pack the truck. No wonder everything got scratched up!.
They wouldn't provide me with any compensation for their fuck up.
