BEWARE OF THEIR REFUND POLICY! Even though the item I bought was faulty they didn't give me a refund. [redacted inflammatory comment] I bought pair of arches thong for my mum at their Robina store and my mum told me left side is floppy, loose due to strap not glued properly. Week after purchased I tried to refund it but they told me NO REFUND because it was sale item and rudely said its not faulty and they can't do anything about it. I paid almost $70 even it was on sale. Still expensive for faulty thong. I feel robbed!

A bit disappointed with service, quality of the product was good but the staff seemed a little rude and distracted.
