The shop looks great and has some great products, the only down side is that when I asked about the crystals they sell, (they have a big range) the staff member had no idea, and gave me one of their books to look at.
I thought the staff working in a spiritual gift shop like Inner Harmony would at least be aware of the crystals use, or have some background knowledge on all of the products. It's like working in a book store, you expect them to know what they're talking about.
The prices on some of the items are a little expensive, but they seem good quality. I just wish they introduced newer items more frequently.
Overall they are a good shop to have a peek in and get a free Nova from time to time.
